  Hotel Rules and Management Policies
  In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Hotel Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the Guest and 2 BLU MOONS HOTEL under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):
Check-in 3:00pm to 10:00pm CT
Check-out 10:00am CT
After-Hours Check-in/out Please contact us with your expected arrival time 24 hours prior to your check-in.  2 Blu Moons staff will be onsite to assist you. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and are subject to an extra charge.
Rates Policy Room Rates are based on double occupancy and includes lodging and breakfast. An extra fee is charged for each additional guest per night. Costa Rica adheres to a 13% VAT tax that is added to you rate and reflected in the total.  Guest registration forms must be signed on arrival and additional fees may be required.
Hotel Services Additional services may be requested but require an additional cost and pre-payment. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
Breakfast A complimentary breakfast, featuring local cuisine, is included in the room rate. Please contact us, prior to your stay, if you have any special dietary needs or allergies. While we attempt to provide alternatives, there is no guarantee.
Communal Kitchen & Dining Area Our fully equipped Cocina (Kitchen) is available for guests to use after 11:30am until 10:00pm and requires scheduling on our sign-up sheet during high occupancy seasons.
Housekeeping Services and Laundry Housekeeping is offered to guests for 3 or more-night reservations. Laundry services are available for a surcharge.
Child Policy 2 Blu Moons is a family hotel and welcomes children. Our rooms have maximum occupancy limits that must be observed. Guests are responsible for ensuring that children are supervised at all times, particularly in common areas, pools, and balconies.
Pet Policy We are animal lovers; however, 2 Blu Moons is a pet free facility.  Service dogs are always welcome at no charge
Airport Shuttle Contact us at info@2Blumoons.com for shuttle recommendations, airport pick-up or rental car companies.
Onsite Parking We have onsite parking inside our gated property
Payment Types 2 Blu Moons Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, as well as PayPal and online payment methods.

Smoking Policy 2 Blu Moons has a no-smoking policy within its public areas, rooms and suites.
Deposit Policy Full amount is due at time of booking, however, if a cancellation is necessary, you will receive 50% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival date. Reservation is non-refundable 7 days prior to arrival or after.
Cancellation/No-Show No Shows are non-refundable. For unfortunate circumstances that a cancellation of reservation is necessary you are welcome to use the credit and book another available date
Our Policies, Rules, and Terms of Conditions These general terms and conditions apply for all services and deliveries by the hotel. Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained, and we ask that our guests do the same.  This also applies for hotel services and expenses induced by it for third parties. Your reservation is not transferrable. The customer is obligated to pay the hotel the agreed prices for these and other services enlisted. 2 Blu Moons Hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this website as soon as possible. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes or ask a Hotel representative for details.   NOTE: If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to, but not limited to, a particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is the guest’s responsibility to advise Property Management prior to arrival.    To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Hotel Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the Guest and 2 BLU MOONS HOTEL under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s).
  1. Room Rates/Tariff
The room rate includes lodging, complimentary breakfast. Costa Rica adheres to a 13% VAT tax that is added into your total.
  1. Settlement Of Expenses
All bills must be signed personally for services rendered. Bills shall be settled by time of check-out, and some services may require pre-payment and non-refundable.
  1. Company’s Lien On Guest’s Luggage and Belongings
In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, 2 Blu Moons Hotel may impose a lien on luggage and belongings and be entitled to detain the same and to sell such property at any time without reference to the Guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the Guest without prejudice. 2 Blu Moons Hotel reserves the rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.
  1. Check-in 
Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity upon arrival at the Property. Check-in time is 3:00pm CT. Guest registration forms must be signed on arrivals. Please present your ID card or Passport upon Check-in. By law, visitors must present personal. These documents will be scanned and returned. Upon arrival, reservation must be paid in full. Rooms not occupied by 10pm CT without communication will be considered a No-Show if no prior arrangements have been made. See our No-Show policy for details.
  1. Departure
Check out time is 10:00 a.m. CT.  Please inform the staff if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on availability. Depending on length of the extension, an additional full day rate may be required. On failure of the Guest to vacate the room on expiry, the Hotel Management shall have the right to remove the Guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
  1. Minimum Stay
Our minimum night stay is seasonal. Please inquire
  1. Housekeeping Service
Housekeeping is offered to guests who stay for 3+ nights and includes fresh towels and linens and room refreshing. We also provide pool towels to use on our property.
  1. Guests’ Belongings
Guests are given a key that they are responsible for returning at check-out. Failure to return will incur a charge on your credit card. We ask that guests lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. For the convenience of guests, safes are provided in the room to store any valuables. 2 Blu Moons Hotel will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/or damage to the Guest’s belongings from either the Hotel room or safe or any other part of the Hotel for any cause whatsoever, including theft. Please refrain from bringing items of extreme value to the hotel. Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for (need information). Thereafter, items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The Property accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals regarding lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after checkout are disposed. Claimed items can be collected from the Property with valid identification.
  1. Personal Data Use
The Guest agrees and consents that 2 Blu Moons Hotel may process (photocopy/scan) his/her personal documents to register him/her as a guest of the Hotel.
  1. Privacy Policy
2 Blu Moons Hotel values your privacy. Rest assured, when using this site to make online reservations at our hotel, we do not share your personal information with anyone. When you provide personal details such as your name, address, email address, and phone number, we will not sell or disclose this information to any outside company for any use. The information you provide will be kept confidential and used solely to support your relationship with us as a customer. All content on this website, including the site design, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Two Blue Moons, LLC. Any other trademarks, company names, product names, and or logos mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners.
  1. Pet Policy
We are animal lovers at 2 Blu Moons; however, we are a pet free facility so that all guests can be comfortable during their stay.  Service dogs are always welcome at no charge
  1. Visitors
2 Blu Moons is a family hotel. There is a noise ordinance between 10pm to 7am No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in your rooms. The Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room. All visitors must be registered guests.
  1. Hazardous Goods
Weapons, explosives, inflammable objects and materials or other dangerous chemicals or goods of hazardous nature are strictly prohibited on the Hotel premises. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to 2 Blu Moons Hotel, other guests, invitees, visitors, and personnel for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the Guest’s own negligence and non-observance of such rules and instructions.
  1. Damage to Property
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to 2 Blu Moons Hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. In case of damage caused to the Hotel by the Guest, the Guest is due to cover the cost of all damage caused to the Hotel.
  1. Guest Complaints
Guests shall address any complaints to our 2 Blu Moon staff.
  1. Hotel Management’s Rights
It is agreed that the Guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner, not to provide any disturbances to other guests, and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Hotel premises. In case of breach of Hotel Rules and Management Policies by the Guest, the Hotel Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Hotel Management has the right to remove luggage and belongings from the room occupied by the Guest. The Property reserves the right to request guests leave the Hotel due to their conduct and behavior, or for any other safety, security, or medical reasons. This especially applies if Guests do not follow instructions given by Property employees, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass, disturb, or endanger other guests. Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety, and security aspects of the Property at any time.
  1. Government rules and regulations and application of laws
Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations. The Hotel Management reserves the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above Terms, Conditions and Rules.
  1. Utilities and Service interruptions
Costa Rica occasionally experiences temporary interruptions to public utilities, including water and electricity. While these outages are typically short and outside the control of the hotel, they may occur during your stay. We will always do our best to minimize inconvenience and keep guests informed, but 2 Blu Moons is not liable for any outages or related disruptions.
